Our 3/4" normally closed high-flow check valve features a large, resilient guided poppet that provides soft-seat sealing for bubble-tight closure, even under low-pressure conditions. Constructed from non-corrosive materials, this valve provides excellent compatibility with a wide variety of liquids and gases, ensuring long service life. Lexair check valves are perfect for applications requiring high pressures (up to 500 PSI standard).

Hopper Car Door Dump System Heavy-Duty Check Valve

Lexair’s standard ¾” Check Valve is a robust replacement for the check valves that were factory supplied on bottom dump hopper car door dump systems. These check valves trap air in the door dump reservoir assuring that sequential opening of cars in the consist do not “rob” air from a charged car. There are many features of our valve that far exceed the performance of any competitors OEM installed Check Valve.
