Product Profile
Our 3/8" TUBE-O-MATIC® direct pilot pinch valve is designed to tolerate fluids, liquids, acids, slurries, and many forms of abrasive material without the inherent weakness of other valve types. Compared to competitor pinch valves, our tube sleeve closes on the airfoil center core while cycling, substantially reducing the tube's traveled distance and extending the valve's longevity. The normally open design allows flow in both directions making it compatible in systems requiring bi-directional control of the media. Additionally, this valve is designed and tested to provide bubble-tight closure for optimal performance.
- Cv ranging from 4.0 to 75.0
- Easy in-line repair - saves on machine downtime
- Controlled by an external gas or liquid pilot pressure signal
- The small tube deflection allows a high cycle rate with minimal flow noise and shock-free smooth opening or closing when using fluids
- Configurable to your specific application
- For Air, Inert Gases, Liquids, Abrasive or Corrosive Media
- Features a straight-through flow path that eliminates the build-up of solids in the valve body, causing it to act as a self-flushing unit
